Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–7 business days after payment is received. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We offer shipping within the Netherlands and select international locations. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

odeya is not responsible for delays due to customs, carrier issues, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. For lost or delayed packages, contact the shipping carrier first, then reach out to us if the issue persists.
