Refunds & Returns

We do offer refunds. However, the following conditions apply:

- Items must be unopened, and the round label must remain intact.

- The box must not be damaged.

- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.

- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

- Once we receive the item, refunds will be processed within 2 weeks to your original payment method.

We ship internationally from The Netherlands. Delivery estimates depend on your location. We ship to:

You will receive an email with a tracking link once your order ships. ETA depends on your location.

Candle Information

How long do your candles burn? Approximately 76 hours. Trim the wick before every use.

Are your candles natural and vegan? Yes! We use no paraffin, soy, or beeswax-only coconut and rapeseed wax. Which are known for high performance. 

How do I get the best burn?

- Burn for at least 3 hours the first time

- Trim the wick before each use

Can I reuse the jar? Yes, they're easy to clean and perfect for reuse.

Do you offer more scents? Yes, we're working on our next collection.

Gifting & Refills

Can I send a candle as a gift? Yes! Enter the recipient's address at checkout.

Do you offer refills? We're working on a refill program-stay tuned.

Safety

Can I leave a burning candle unattended? Never leave a burning candle unattended or near children or pets.
