Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with odeya! We take great pride in our handcrafted scented candles and want you to love them as much as we do. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damageddefective, or you received the wrong item.
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. The seal on the right side must not be tampered.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Candles that have been used or burned
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Change of mind

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at info@myodeya.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • A clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item

Once approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@myodeya.com.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
